The view is quite unlike anything we’re used to—majestic with ever-changing light.
I’ve loved the Cornish valley gardens with magnolias, camellias, and generals, of course. Also, fantastic food at Mackerel Sky and Tolcarne Arms in Newlyn
Thank you, we’ll be back.
P.S. On our last day, it was lovely to see 20 red-legged Choughs who sang us a little song through the bedroom window.

Fresh fish from Newlyn cooked with foraged wild garlic and fantastic roast at The Old Success. The adventure golf at Land’s End was also a treat. Hopefully, we’ll be back one day.

Thank you for your amazing hospitality

An amazing 180° view across Sennen Cove. We love coming back to Sennen for the sixth time with our little boy, listening to the crashing waves and reading books. Sennen looks lovely during winter, spring, summer, or autumn. We enjoyed the weather and walks along the beach and cliffs. We will be back again. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The views do not compare with any other rental

We had such a glorious day here. The views do not compare with any other rental I’ve ever seen—simply magical. We enjoyed writing, walking, and watching The Cave. Thank you, the burger at The Old Success Inn was particularly good.

We will return

This was our first visit to Cove View, but by far not our first visit to Sennen Cove. We’ve stayed in Sennen in late November for many years now. We have a hectic, bewildering life with elderly ill parents on both sides along with the other normal pressures of modern life. We come here to decompress and recharge. Cove View did not disappoint. We loved it here, and I know you will too.
We had almost every kind of weather—some hot sun, snowflakes, flat calm to raging seas. Stormy day Tuesday was surpassed by the arrival of a Storm
We can highly recommend the walk from here to the Minack Theatre by the South West Coast Path. Such a lovely way to pass a day with beautiful surprises along the way. The Old Success is just lovely too, so try it. Best of all though, the peace here and the oh-so-wonderful view that is probably your backdrop now as you read this. We hope you stay safe in the storm and enjoy your stay every bit as much as we did. We will return.

Beautiful beaches and scenery

A bonus week spent at Cove View for the Redditch family. We always come at Easter, but the summer gave us an opportunity to explore new things. A fantastic evening spent at the Minack Theatre—rain didn’t stop play thanks to the cheap ponchos bought at the Boathouse Stores. The highlight was a day spent at the Scilly Isles, a fantastic 15-minute trip from Land’s End Airport. We hired bikes to explore the small island, with beautiful beaches and scenery – really amazing. As always, thank you so much.

The apartment is lovely

We have had a lovely holiday here in Cove View. We absolutely love the spectacular panoramic views from all the windows. We have seen the view in all weathers. The apartment is lovely, and the blue colour scheme throughout really gives you that coastal feel. We enjoyed walks to Land’s End, around Cape Cornwall, and along the sandy beaches—a truly rugged paradise not to be missed. Thank you for sharing.

Heavenly location

Another fabulous week at our favourite place. Alice could not do enough for us and, as always, was so helpful and attentive. The level of cleanliness was outstanding—a shout out to the one-woman cleaning team. Every time we visit, we are stunned by Cove View’s heavenly location. A week of relaxation, weather watching, seal spotting (we saw two up close!), book reading, and bliss. Thank you for everything you do.

It is a wonderful place to stay

My sister and I have had a beautiful week at Cove View. It is a wonderful place to stay. The views from every room are stunning. Walk the coastal path in both directions, eat a crab roll at the wonderful Sennen Cove Café, and enjoy lunch at the Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar in Newlyn. Then wander around Trewidden Gardens, pop over to St. Ives, and if the weather permits, sit on the deck and take it all in. Thanks for a wonderful week away in the best location in Cornwall.

The accommodation is fab

We have had a very lovely, relaxing holiday. The accommodation is fab, and to repeat everyone else, the views are amazing and absorbing. Sunday lunch at The Old Success was delicious and highly recommended. The weather wasn’t great, but we still got out on the coast path. When this wasn’t possible, it didn’t really matter because we sat and enjoyed watching the weather and the sea. Thank you for a lovely hamper. We found Alice to be very responsive and helpful.

Another spectacular time

Another spectacular time at Cove View. I think it’s our eighth time here, and it never disappoints. The rain and wind didn’t dampen our spirits, and we did our usual activities: walking to Land’s End, Mousehole, Porthcurno, and Saint Just. The pub quiz at The Old Success was fantastic. A new visit this year to Falmouth Maritime Museum was a great day out for the family. On the last day, we were treated to magnificent waves crashing over the breakwater and a very happy seal bobbing around. Sennen Market is worth a visit with lots of local crafts and produce. We hope to be back for 2025. We love you, Sennen Cove View.

An absolute dream!

This place is an absolute dream, very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and of course blessed with that breathtaking view. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived too, and we had the most wonderful time. As the description states, it’s not ideal for people with mobility issues, as the access from where you park the car is quite steep. It should also be pointed out that the final approach on the road to the house is very steep and narrow, which is a little daunting with a larger car… But these caveats apart, this is a wonderful property in a wonderful part of the world, and we’d be very happy indeed to return!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment, views to die for. Best shower we have ever had. Lovely big fluffy towels. Trek down to sea front a bit tricky and back up, especially in the dark, we had a torch which was an adventure as it was pitch black. Good walk to Land’s End from bottom of apartment via steps to sea front.

A magical experience

Incredible views, we even got lucky and spotted a pod of dolphins which was magical. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Only down side was that the parking space was narrow and didn’t comfortably fit our large car unfortunately.

An amazing place to stay

Cove View is an amazing place to stay. The views are second to none from every room. It’s comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday… The steps up and down are a bit tricky but that’s the price you pay for the view. We had a lovely holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cove View.

The views all through the apartment were stunning! Just sitting of a morning and enjoying them was lovely.

We loved the pub in Sennen the Old Success – food was very good however does get booked up so make sure you reserve a table! St. Ives was our favourite place to visit and Porthcurno beach was the most beautiful beach but make sure you take a picnic as there is no cafe on the beach. Watch the sunset have a BBQ and firepit on Sennen Beach one evening!

Had a lovely week at Cove View- its flown by!

Highlights have been walking the costal path to Lands End ( much quieter in the evening) and using the hop on hop off bus- visited Marazion , St. Ives and Porthcurno – One of the most beautiful beaches int he world! The Minack Theatre well worth a visit too.
